Women Funding the World Investment Subgroup Rules & Terms

 Purpose
 

The Women Funding the World – Investment Subgroup is a private, members-only discussion forum within a broader social community. The Investment Subgroup exists solely to allow accredited investors to view and discuss information regarding potential investment opportunities in a self-directed and independent manner. The Investment Subgroup is informational only and is not intended to function as an advisory, promotional, or solicitation forum.

Definitions
 

For purposes of these Rules & Terms, references to “Women Funding the World” include the organizer of the community, any administrators or moderators of the Investment Subgroup, and any participants acting in an administrative or organizational capacity (collectively, the “WFTW Parties”).

Organizer and Administrator Role
 

The role of the WFTW Parties is limited to maintaining the community and facilitating a forum for discussion. None of the WFTW Parties:
- act as a broker-dealer, finder, placement agent, or investment adviser;
- recommend, endorse, rank, or promote any investment opportunity;
- conduct diligence, verification, or background checks on issuers or opportunities; or
- participate in capital formation or fundraising activities.

Member Responsibility
 

Each member of the Investment Subgroup is solely responsible for evaluating any information shared within the group and for making their own independent investment decisions. Members are encouraged to consult their own legal, tax, and financial advisers as they deem appropriate. No member should rely on any statement made by another participant or by any WFTW Party.

Permitted Content
 

Permitted activity within the Investment Subgroup includes:
- sharing issuer-provided materials;
- founder-written descriptions of opportunities;
- logistical or administrative information; and
- general, non-directive discussion that does not encourage or discourage investment.

Prohibited Conduct
 

The following conduct is not permitted within the Investment Subgroup:
- recommendations or endorsements of any investment opportunity;
- statements characterizing an opportunity as safe, attractive, or recommended;
- pressure, urgency, or encouragement to invest;
- ranking or comparing investment opportunities; or
- responding to diligence questions on behalf of issuers.

No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship
 

Participation in the Investment Subgroup does not create any fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, or obligation of care between members, or between members and any WFTW Party.

Access and Removal
 

Access to the Investment Subgroup is limited to individuals who have completed the Accredited Investor Questionnaire & Acknowledgment. The WFTW Parties reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct violates these Rules & Terms or creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for the community.

Acceptance of Rules
 

Participation in the Investment Subgroup constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Rules & Terms.
